Detailed description (English): Sustainable mobility must rely heavily on public transport. It is important to involve young students in the design of innovative infrastructure solutions and how it can lead to behavioral changes toward sustainable transport modes.
Students make extensive use of the bus network in the city, therefore, they can provide valuable feedback about how to increase the attractiveness of the bus network.
The students will gather in teams and will put together their ideas about how to improve the closest bus stop to the school. The team with the best idea will receive a monthly card for the bus.
Target group(s): Students from multiple disciplines, preferably Architecture, Building Engineering & Information Technologies.
Objectives: - Gather real, valuable data about how to improve the bus stops in the city
- Involve students in creative processes that contribute to the development of their community
Expected Outcomes: - Help to grow the modal split of the bus network in the city
- Engage young people in sustainable mobility
