Activities of pupils
• Learn the basics about the parts of the bike and its mechanisms;
• Theoretical-practical workshops to compare one's own knowledge of cycling, benefits for oneself and the environment;
• Working in groups to transform or give new life to their bikes;
• Bring bikes into disused bikes, abandoned in cellars or garages;
• Publicize the existence and functionality of the cycle shop in their respective territories.
Aims
Harmonious development of one's personality • Reinforcement of self-esteem • Development of personal autonomy. • Development of cognitive, expressive and creative abilities • Development of operational skills and dexterity • Maturation of the capacity of extrinsication of one's inner world • Acquisition of greater communicative intentionality • Respect for individual differences • Enhancement and development of interpersonal and orientation skills space and time • Growth in the ability to develop individual or group work projects • Compliance with rules and rules.
Methods and methodologies
Group meetings are planned to encourage not only the knowledge of the technical parts of the bicycle but also to develop through the techniques of
Brain-storming, which allows students to compare their knowledge and skills with that of their peers and consequently to enrich themselves through activities of free association, comparison and suspension of judgment.
Cooperative learning, which effectively promotes learning through special group-class management techniques, in which students work in small groups for learning activities and receive evaluations based on the results achieved; through this strategy it is possible to participate also in subjects that are less ready from a relational, cognitive and emotional point of view, dealing in this case with practical activities that involve both the emotional and affective relational aspects of the students. Role Playing is closely linked to this teaching strategy since it assigns appropriate tasks to the groups through the definition of roles assigned to the students, who are put in a position to monitor the acquired learning.
Inductive method, which allows students to observe the constant aspects and the differences present in the materials to be analyzed, functional to the development of the project, in order to allow them to abstraction of the constant and divergent aspects in order to structure an articulated conceptual system involving all the concepts developed in the proposed project and the relationships between them.
Heuristic-guided method with problem-solving experiences, which leads students to independently acquire the fundamental logical-operative strategies that characterize the disciplinary aspect of the topic dealt with in this project through problematic activities both of a conceptual and practical nature.

• Apprendere le nozioni di base sulle parti della bici e dei suoi meccanismi;
• Laboratori teorico-pratico per confrontare le proprie conoscenze sull’uso della bicicletta, i benefici per sé e per l’ambiente;
• Lavorare in gruppo per trasformare o dare nuova vita alle proprie bici;
• Portare in ciclofficina bici in disuso, abbandonate nelle cantine o nei garage;
