Detailed description (English): The Corrida Amiga institute promotes the Multimodality Week to encourage people to experience a different mode of transport each day, giving priority to active modes and public transport. During the week, from 19th to 23rd September, people are invited to use different modes of transport to experience multiple perspectives of mobility, giving the opportunity to rediscover the city and be aware of the benefits and challenges of each means of transport.
Here is how you can participate in the Multimodality Week 2016:
1. Change your profile picture on FACEBOOK / TWITTER to show everyone that you are taking part of the Multimodality Week 2016
2. Attend the Multimodality Week OPENING EVENT on 14th September, at the MobiLab (São Paulo), organized with support of Coletivo app.
3. Use different modes of transport during the Multimodality Week (from 19th to 23rd September) *try to use at least one mode of active transport (walking, running, biking, skating, etc)
RECORD every day: distance, time and cost and SHARE your experience on social media with the hashtag #SemanaMultimodal; DESCRIBE your perceptions and sensations in a form on 23rd September; SUBMIT the invitation letter and INVITE public managers and decision makers of your city to participate of the Multimodality Week
4. Become a Partner of the Multimodality Week (contact us at contato@corridaamiga.com.br)
