Detailed description (English): The "mixed" nature of the "minor" railways, which are among the solutions for commute mobility and an instrument for the tourist attractions, implies reflections on the preferred mode of operation (slow, fast, all stops, only main roads, direct trains and no trains , time delayed, connected to national trains or not). The issues that will be addressed are the scheduling time of the mobility system, the tourism value as a consequence and not as a target, the cost of the passenger as an independent variable and investment costs.
