Detailed description (English): Moving towards COP22 in Marrakesh and the goal to reduce CO2 emissions by 50% by 2030, the debate will be introduced by Jean-Luc de Wilde, Mobility Advisor at Revolve Media and followed by opening keynote speeches by Mr. Jos Delbeke, Director-General, DG Climate Action, European Commission and Mr. Francois Bellot, Belgian Federal Minister of Mobility. The debate includes two panel debates on INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES ADVANCING SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY and REGIONS SHOW THE WAY. Presenting a number of interesting speakers such as Mr. Pascal Smet, Minister for Mobility, Brussels Capital Region, Mr. Benoit, the Léman 2030 Project Director and Mr. Wolfram Auer from Doppelmayr. Closing remarks by Mr. Alain Flausch, Secretary-General, International Union for Public Transport (UITP). A networking cocktail will follow after.
